These terms cover your use of coddley.com and any purchase you make from Coddley ("we", "us"). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The site and who can order

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate details at checkout and to keep your account login, if you create one, to yourself.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe each product, its sizes and its materials as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and dimensions can vary a little between batches. Product images are there to help you choose and may show styling items that aren't included.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change before you order; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. How payment works is set out in our Billing Terms.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment looks fraudulent, and we refund anything already paid.

7. Using the site properly

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, upload harmful code, or use it for anything unlawful.

8. Our content

The text, photos, graphics and logo on this site belong to Coddley or are used with permission. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use, but not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.

9. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you allow us to show it on our site and channels. Please make sure it's honest, yours to share, and free of anything offensive or unlawful.

10. Other websites

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

11. Warranties

Products come with the rights the law of your state gives you, which these terms don't take away. Beyond those, and as far as the law allows, the site is provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

12. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Coddley is based. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your own state, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
