Who is Coddley?
A small sleep and comfort shop. We keep the range short and describe every product by who it's for, so choosing takes a minute, not an evening of reading reviews.
Which pillow is right for me?
Sleep on your back or side with an average build: the Contour Memory Foam Pillow. Side sleeper with broad shoulders: the High Contour Pillow 2.0. Sleep warm and like a tall, firm pillow: the Cooling Contour Pillow Ultra. Stomach sleepers usually do better on a flat, low pillow.
What are the pillows made of?
The three contour pillows have slow-rebound memory foam cores with covers that zip off for the washing machine. Every product page lists the materials and how to care for it.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimum and no code needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and delivered 6-8 business days after that, so 7-10 business days from order to door. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also follow it on the Track your order page.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses in the United States only.
Orders and payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering, before it's processed. Email info@coddley.com with your order number.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The ones shown at checkout, which can include major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. See our Billing Terms.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pillows and cushions that have been slept or sat on can't be returned. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong, we do. If you changed your mind, you cover the return postage. There are never restocking fees.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 business days of your return reaching us, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us a photo of the item and the box within a week of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
